Van Goat's Irises - Digital Cross Stitch Pattern
Inspired by the beautiful paintings of flowers by post-Impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh, this Van Goat imagines the painting that may have resulted had a hungry goat interrupted Van Gogh’s famous painting of irises. Subtle shades of DMC cotton floss are used to replicate Van Gogh’s iconic brushwork, and the irises themselves are stitched using beautiful shades of purple and green by The Gentle Arts.
Pattern uses 16 colors of DMC Cotton Floss and 7 colors of The Gentle Arts Hand Dyed Floss. DMC Conversion is provided.
Stitch count for each side is 73w x 95h.
Model is stitched on 36 count linen in Nantucket Eve by Seraphim Hand Dyed Fabrics.
